Nice infographic Guille. I like it so much because it's very clear. The only problem I found is that maybe there's not so much space between the statistics and the map. Maybe it's a little bit mixed, but despite that I found it very very interesting.
I like this infographic the most. Meat consumption isn't such a interesting issue, but you made it entertaining because of the colors and the novel bar charts. GREAT!
